Welcome to the Bachelor in Public Health (BPH) program page at STG College! Our BPH program is affiliated with the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) in Bangalore. This undergraduate program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address public health challenges and contribute to improving population health outcomes.
Candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with any stream(science/commerce/humanities), and English as main sub. They should have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% in the qualifying examination.
Our BPH program follows a comprehensive curriculum that covers a wide range of subjects related to public health, including Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy and Management, Environmental Health, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Global Health, Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, and Research Methodology.
Our faculty members are experienced professionals in the field of public health. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom and are dedicated to providing quality education and mentorship to our students.
We believe in the importance of practical training in public health education. Our program includes field visits, internships, and practical projects that provide students with hands-on experience in various public health settings. Admissions to the Bachelor in Public Health program are conducted based on merit, as per the guidelines of RGUHS and the Government of Karnataka.
Interested candidates are required to submit the application form along with the necessary documents and fees within the specified deadline.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling and further selection processes as per the admission criteria.
